Flyer Winders
The WaM-FW flyer winding machine series, works in fully automated process. The machine is prepared for stand-alone operation or integration in autoline.
Due to the reduced mass inertia by using multiple axis units, the stand-alone machine have between 9 and 18 servo motors with absolute axis position.
WaM-MCS software enables parallel use of axis units (gearing), precise positions, high repeatability, chain interpolation and speed regulation of whole winding process for faster ram-up of your production
Modular concept with 250mm pitch. Single direct drive serv's for U axis rotation. Motor configuration could be adjusted to winding specifications (speed and torque). Flyer and pol positioning by seperated X axis and servo index. Outer straight slot stator could be winded. Standard max. wire size 0,6mm, other diameter on request.
Load/unload system with three (3) pneumatical axis and one (1) Z-axis servo for load/unload on free-flow system or by robot. The max. outside diameter of stator is 100mm, max. height is 80mm. Other dimensions on request.
